As a Digital Product Owner at North you will be tasked with providing vision and defining the functional operation of an operational or commercial process within digital channels.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Collect and understand both business and functional requirements.
- Decide which features to develop and which to exclude.
- Organize and prioritize the product backlog, making it visible to everyone.
- Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Establish the communication strategy.
- Set KPIs and project objectives, ensuring proper tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with administration, legal and compliance, technical and commercial teams so ensure product success.
You will bring to the table:
- Higher education in Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in PO/PM role in banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Office, Miro, etc.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
