Graphic Designers at North work across boundaries, owning creating visual content that communicates messages, promotes brands, and engages audiences.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Design logos, brochures, ads, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and develop brand guidelines.
- Work closely with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Use design software like Adobe Creative Suite and stay updated with new technologies.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and organize design files.
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications (UX/UI Design)
- Stay informed about industry trends and integrate them into designs.
You will bring to the table:
- Ability to communicate design rationale to clients. You can articulate the ‘why’ and lead discussions around your process, explorations, and conclusions.
- Knowledge of UX principles and best practices, including understanding when and where different methodologies and techniques should be incorporated into the design process.
- Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma...
- Effective, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).
